While I know that, the very nature of Jesus's divinity was decided, which meant many texts were destined for the ashcan, Arianism and their texts were condemned, and a ton of other issues were settled, that also invalidated other writings that didn't conform to those decisions. I know what you are saying, but the council of Nicaea also led to a major narrowing down of what would end up in canon. It determined what could even vie for inclusion at those others you mention.
